Psychiatric care with a human touch.

Hello! Jack here. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Muskegon, MI, and I’m really glad to meet you. At OHMH, you can receive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ADHD evaluations from a certified ADHD service provider.

For a chat, get ahold of me however you prefer! My email is jack@ohmh.net, the OMHM phone number is 231-335-1630, you can fax (if that’s your thing) at 231-259-4395. I’m also available for a video call at doxy.me/jackOHMH. You could even write a letter, I suppose, to 221 W. Webster Ave, Suite 303, Muskegon, MI, 49440; that would be fun to receive!
