Psychiatric care with a human touch.

Hello! Jack here. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Muskegon, MI, and I’m really glad to meet you. At OHMH, you can receive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ADHD evaluations from a certified ADHD service provider.

For a chat, get ahold of me however you prefer! My email is jack@ohmh.net, the OMHM phone number is 231-335-1630, you can fax (if that’s your thing) at 231-259-4359. I’m also available for a video call at doxy.me/jackOHMH. You could even write a letter, I suppose, to 221 W. Webster Ave, Suite 303, Muskegon, MI, 49440; that would be fun to receive!

Currently, I am in the process of being credentialed with ALL POPULAR INSURANCE COMPANIES.

What this means for you? Until I am fully credentialed, I can only accept cash-pay patients.

As soon as possible, I will update this site (and all of my patients) to let them know that I am accepting insurances, and which ones I’m accepting.
